Reservations can be made starting the first week of January. A telephone call to Anna Marie in our office, (800) 846-3674, will hold your reservation for seven days. A $40 per person, non-refundable deposit must be in our office within these seven days. Final payment is made 60 days in advance, along with our completed acknowledgement of risk forms. A written confirmation will be mailed to you the day your trip is booked. It will include all information concerning unpaid balances and due dates. The easiest way to make a reservation is by telephone with VISA or MasterCard. It is best to make reservations early, as many of our trips are sold out as much as a year in advance. However, late reservations are sometimes possible because of individual cancellations. Printable forms you will need when you make your reservation.
