"Just a quick note of thanks to you and your crew for the wonderful time my 27 rafters had over the last weekend. I have heard nothing but raves for the treatment we got and the whole attitude of your crew. It certainly makes it easy to get return rafters for next year's trip when the host treats you as well as KRE does. In the 5 years we have rafted with KRE, we have never had anything less than outstanding service. I know we will be back next year and are already stoked and ready to go. See you then."

"We just arrived home from our trip and wanted to let you know what an unforgettable, wild, fun time we had. The service was superb and the food was delicious; you never go hungry on this trip! We also wanted to express our thanks for the great care you take when it comes to safety. Jeffrey was very alert to every move in our boat, as well as what the other boats were doing. As for entertainment, we thought it was full of laughs and great personalities. Camp was clean and we always saw staff around, ready to help with a smile and a 'Hi!' We are letting everyone know what a great vacation we had and we can't wait for our next trip to the river. Thanks for all the service your staff provided."

"All of us want to thank you for a very fun-filled and exciting trip during June 20 - 21. We also wanted to take the time to bring to your attention a very special person on your staff. Sarah was our river-rafting guide and frankly 'made' our trip. The majority of us had never river-rafted before so Sarah had her hands full with quite a variety of athletic capabilities. She, at all times, displayed confidence, encouraged team spirit, and a 'can do' attitude. She answered some pretty stupid questions during our first day trip down the river, such as:
'Was that the worst rapid we will have today?'
'Are we close to being done?'
'Can the rocks puncture this raft?'
'Are there snakes in the water?'
.....and she answered them all with a great smile!
All six of us work in a Customer Service industry and felt it was so important to let you know you have a 'star' in Sarah. We will definitely return to Kings River and you can bet we will be asking for Sarah. Thanks again to your staff."
