All monies are immediately refunded in the unlikely event we are forced to cancel a trip due to river conditions. In case of cancellations by guests, all $40 per person deposits are non-refundable. Those who provide a written notice of cancellation 31 days or more prior to their trip date forfeit the $40 deposit only. Cancellations 21-30 days prior to the trip date receive a 50% refund on the trip cost. Reservations transferred to an alternative date can be made with no penalties 30 days or more prior to the original trip date. No refunds are made on cancellations within 20 days of the trip date. Substitutions can be made with no penalty. There are no exceptions to this policy.
